31

I went 31 with my friends yesterday, because 31% off. I ate four ice creams. They belong to season flavor. First I chose LOVE POTION31 and PEACH MELBA. It was very delicious!! Second I chose ICHIGO MILK and BLUEBERRY PANNACOTTA. It was delicious too!! I felt very happy, but cold. I love 31. My favorite flavor is VERY BERRY STRAWBERRY, and RUM RAISIN. They belong to standard flavor. I want to eat HAWAIIAN CRUNCH next time. (76words)

My hobbies

My hobby is to go to karaoke, shopping, to go to the movies, watching music programs on TV, and DVDs. I often go to karaoke before, but I can't go to there lately, because I have a part-time job, and a lot of homework. I want to go to karaoke. I also like shopping. I often go to Uto city, Diamond city, and sometimes go to Clair. I buy clothes, accessories and something. (73words)

BR 1-04: Snails

I read the Snails. This story is about only snail’s life style. You may feel boring. In a sunny garden, inside flower pots and under rocks, lot of snails inside flower pots and under rocks, lots of snails are hiding. The snails wait until it is dark. Then they creep out. Snails have soft bodies and hard shells. I didn't know that. Slime oozes out from under a snail's body. It helps snails slide over the ground...up branches...and even upside down. I don't like slime.


They have rough tongues. They rub their tongues over leaves to eat them. Their eyes are on the ends of the longer feelers. A bird swoops down. It is looking for food.


The snails hide in their shells. The bird can't get them. It flies away. Some kinds of snails live in ponds. And some kinds live in the sea. Some snails are huge. They can grow longer than your arm.


Snails lay lots and lots of eggs. A baby snail is inside each egg. Pond snails lay sticky eggs on plants. Their eggs are inside blobs of jelly. This keeps them safe.


After a few weeks, the baby snails hatch out. They eat and eat and eat. The snails' bodies grow-and so do their shells. I t is easy to find snails. Just follow their slimy trails. I didn’t know many kinds of snails, so I was surprised. But I don't like snails.

BR 1-03: Clever Rabbit and the Lion.

I read Clever Rabbit and the Lion. The character is clever rabbit and lion. One day, the lion lived jungle. He had great big paws and very sharp claws. He always scares for animals. So the clever rabbit think of plan.

The next day, all the animals hid from Lion. The lion wants to eat them. Then clever rabbit told him to show you this other lion. Clever Rabbit led Lion to the deep, wide river. Lion looked into the water. Lion leaped at the lion in the water...and was swept away. The jungle animals came rushing out. I thought this rabbit is very clever. Hello! My name is Chika. Nice to meet you. I am nineteen years old. I live in Kumamoto in Japan. Kumamoto is very warm, full of natural beauty, and famous for Kumamoto castle, Mt. Aso.


Now, I am a sophomore at KGU. I am majoring in English. I want to be a flight attendant. So I have to improve my English skills. Especially, I want to speak English fluently, so please teach me.


By the way, I love to sing. Although it is a lot of work to memorize all the latest hits, I go to karaoke with my friends once a month and sing out my heart. I also like to go to see a movie. My favorite movie is“ Harry Potter ”series, because it gives me a thrill. I am addicted to“ HEROES”. It also gives me a thrill. When I was young, I watched “Full House”. I like to play badminton, so I want to play it together. I am talkative, but I get all nervous, and can’t say a word of what I want to say when I am with a nice looking guy.


Let me introduce to you my family. At first impression, my father seems a little stern, but he is a real family man. He gives us a birthday present every year. My mother is so kind and caring. My older brother is a cook at hotel new Otani. I love my family.


Finally, I have never been abroad, so I am a little anxious about foreign life, but I am excited about going to a foreign country. I am interested in foreign foods, life style, and a row of houses along the street, clothes, music, event, climate, and manner and so on. Please tell me about everything!
