Dear host family

Hello! My name is Chika. Nice to meet you. I am nineteen years old. I live in Kumamoto in Japan. Kumamoto is very warm, full of natural beauty, and famous for Kumamoto castle, Mt. Aso.

Now, I am a sophomore at KGU. I am majoring in English. I want to be a flight attendant. So I have to improve my English skills. Especially, I want to speak English fluently, so please teach me.

By the way, I love to sing. Although it is a lot of work to memorize all the latest hits, I go to karaoke with my friends once a month and sing out my heart. I also like to go to see a movie. My favorite movie is“ Harry Potter ”series, because it gives me a thrill. I am addicted to“ HEROES”. It also gives me a thrill. When I was young, I watched “Full House”.

I like to play badminton, so I want to play it together. I am talkative, but I get all nervous, and can’t say a word of what I want to say when I am with a nice looking guy.

Let me introduce to you my family. At first impression, my father seems a little stern, but he is a real family man. He gives us a birthday present every year. My mother is so kind and caring. My older brother is a cook at hotel new Otani. I love my family.

Finally, I have never been abroad, so I am a little anxious about foreign life, but I am excited about going to a foreign country. I am interested in foreign foods, life style, and a row of houses along the street, clothes, music, event, climate, and manner and so on. Please tell me about everything!
